PRIVACY POLICY: It is very important to us that your privacy
is protected. We maintain the highest standards of security and
will not provide any customer information to any third party
without your permission. Any information collected will be used
only for identification, contact purposes and to help ABC Outsource.com
meet the individual needs of our customers.
PRICING:

is placed.

Freight Facts: It is vital you inspect all packages upon arrival.
Please note obvious damage on the bill of lading. It is you prerogative
to refuse damage merchandise. If this happens, please notify
us immediately at 800-393-4868 so appropriate claims can be filed
and a replacement order entered.
No matter how carefully we package,
damage will sometimes happen. Therefore, always sign the bill
of lading "subject to inspection", before accepting
merchandise free and clear. If you discover shortages or damages
after the driver has left, it is your responsibility to seek
reimbursement from the trucking company.
ABC OUTSOURCE IS NOT LIABLE
FOR DAMAGES, REPLACEMENT BOARD, OR REFUNDS FOR MERCHANDISE ONCE
THE DRIVER LEAVES THE PREMISES. IF THE MERCHANDISE IS SIGNED
FOR FREE AND CLEAR AND DAMAGE IS THEN FOUND, THE CUSTOMER IS
RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING THE DAMAGE CLAIM WITH THE FREIGHT LINE.
For our churches and residential
customers only: Boards 4x4
and larger shipped to a non business address may be charged and
extra $50.00 for residential delivery.
Freight companies only deliver
is curbside. Unless you request inside delivery, (additional
cost involved) you will be on your own to get the freight inside.
RETURN POLICY: We want you to be happy with the product you
order. So if you have any questions, please call or email us
before ordering. Some products cannot be returned: custom
orders or custom made to order boards, such as vinyl or fabric
tack boards. Theese items are NOT RETURNABLE. On custom
orders you will have 72 hours to cancel. Once the cancellation
deadline is passed, the order is processed and charged to your
credit card and cannot be cancelled or refunds issues.
Authorization is required before
return of merchandise for any reason. If merchandise is shipped
as ordered, a 30% restocking fee will be charged. Merchandise
must be unused, in a saleable condition and in its original carton
with all packaging material in place. Customer is responsible
for return freight charges. You must contact us within 7
days of receipt of merchandise and we must receive items within
10 days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.
Please note Credit will be issued if the above conditions
are met.
